Give people your love

"Don’t give in to a life where you follow the hype,
give people your love, don’t give them your like.
Disconnect from the need to be heard and defined
Go out into the world, leave distractions behind."

The time for love is now

You saw someone today who made you smile. You meant to chip in a small compliment, a quick thank you. But then you thought it might not be important. Think again. If you do not do it now, when will you have the opportunity again? Who says that person will be here tomorrow? The time for a compliment is always NOW. The time for love is now.

A loving word

A careless word may kindle strife.
A cruel word may wreck a life.
A timely word may level stress.
A loving word may heal and bless.

Wishing you a blessed day.

The greatest compliment ever paid

Been browsing all the witty quotes by clever people, reading lots of books about love letters sent by famous people, going through song lyrics, and looking up sms poems searching for the greatest compliment. I found a lot; they all say the same thing...

The greatest compliment one can ever pay is simply saying "I love you."

The value of a sister or brother

To Realize
The value of a sister or brother
Ask someone
Who doesn't have one.

To realize
The value of ten years
Ask a newly
Divorced couple.

To realize
The value of four years
Ask a graduate.

The greatest compliment one can receive

The greatest compliment one can receive, simply, is to be loved. No special gifts needed, no money involved, no pretensions, just love. Thus, if you see someone who you think might not be having a particularly great time at the moment because of economic circumstances or health issues or whatever else, all you have to do is show that you care. Give emotional support or even just a kind word. And you'll see, love conquers all. Love is the greatest compliment
